2025 Football Camp Registration

  Times: 8:30am - 11am
  Location: Frassati Catholic practice field
  
  The Frassati Catholic summer football camp is directed by Coach LaFiton, the Head Football Coach. Coach LaFiton has over 20 years of experience coaching football. He has coached All-District Select Players, All-State Select Players, Houston Touchdown Club Pre-Season All-District Honorees, and Max Preps Players of the Week. His players have gone on to play at some of the top colleges in the nation: Texas Southern University, Texas State University, Ole Miss, Ave Maria, Mary Hardin Baylor, Sul Ross University, Prairie View A & M University, and Texas A & M University, to name a few.
  
  Grades 2 - 8 (2025-26 school year) from 8:30am - 11am
  This camp will provide a solid foundation of football knowledge and skills. Each camper will learn the basic fundamentals of each position on the field. This 2-day camp is geared towards elementary and middle-school athletes preparing for an opportunity to play in high school, and eventually at the highest level of collegiate football.
  
  All campers will receive elite-level instruction in a fast paced and competitive environment. Instruction will be led by the Frassati Catholic coaching staff and current Frassati Catholic players. The camp will include position-specific instruction periods, camp circuit, one-on-one competition periods, and combine testing (broad, short shuttle, three-cone, 40).

  Current and former high school and college football players
  Certified trainer on site provided by Memorial Hermann
  What to Bring to Camp:
  football cleats and athletic shoes
  athletic shorts and a t-shirt
  mouthpiece
  sunscreen
  gallon sized water bottle
  
  **This is a non-contact camp; no football equipment (pads, helmets, etc.) is required**

  RELEASE AND WAIVER
  In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, by signing below I give consent for my child to participate in the Football Camp to be held at Frassati Catholic High School in 2024. I hereby certify that he / she is physically capable of participating and I realize that there are risks involved in participating in the camp. I understand that football is a contact sport and my child may suffer injuries as a result of participating in the Frassati Catholic High School Football Camp, including personal injury, permanent disability, or death. Knowing and assuming all risks involved, known and unknown, and in consideration of my child being allowed to participate, by signing below, I, on my behalf and that of my child, our heirs, administrators and executors, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, release and agree to hold harmless Frassati Catholic High School, and all persons or entities associated with Frassati Catholic High School and Frassati Catholic High School Football Camp from any negligence, responsibility and/or liability for any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, causes of action, and expenses arising out of or resulting from my child's participation in and involvement with this camp and program, including personal injury, disability, or property damage that may be incurred throughout the duration of this camp.
  In the event of a serious medical emergency, I hereby consent to and authorize treatment for my child by medical personnel until I can be contacted.
  After reading this release, I fully understand and accept all conditions as outlined for permitting my child to participate in this summer camp.
